Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S. Inayathulla to withdraw MASTER OF COURAGE (Chethan Kalay S.) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on right fore. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

As Joockey B. Nayak was medically unfit to ride. Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Warren Singh to declare Jockey Salman Khan to ride BURST OF BLAZE in place of the declared rider.
 
THE PERFECT CHOICE (Khurshad Alam) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.
