Permission was granted to Trainer Mrs. Parvati Byramji to withdraw SPIRIT OF LOVE (S. Saqlain) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on right hind. She was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

As Jockey Arul J.H. was certified medically unfit. Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Darius R. Byramji to declare Jockey S. Saqlain to ride RING MASTER in place of the declared rider.

HIGH OPINION (Hindu Singh) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.Warren Singh was informed not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.

An enquiry was held on 29th May, 2023 by the Stipendiary Steward into the interference caused by Jockey Rajesh Kumar.M, the rider of DEFINING POWER in the above race. In that he shifted 'in' sharply and caused severe interference to the horses on his inside viz; SOLID POWER (Arvind Kumar. N), RING MASTER (S. Saqlain) and MY VISIONARY (Chethan Kalay S.), whereby MASTEROFTHESKIES (Siddaraju.P) which was travelling directly behind stumbled, totally unbalancing its rider before passing the red marker post.
 
Jockey Rajesh Kumar.M was interviewed by the Stipendiary Steward. The Stipendiary Steward after considering the submissions made by Jockey Rajesh Kumar.M and after viewing the CCTV replay decided to charge Jockey Rajesh Kumar.M for Careless Riding.

The Stipendiary Steward thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to Rajesh Kumar.M on 10th June, 2023 as he had pleaded guilty of the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Careless Riding on his mount DEFINING POWER (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.

Jockey Vinod Shinde, the rider of STRIKING POINT reported that his mount was not galloping fluently throughout the race. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have sustained superficial injury on right hind cannon.

Jockey Girish R., the rider of GLOW IN THE DARK was severely reprimanded in presence of Trainer Mr. Prasanna Kumar for riding in an incompetent manner. He was further cautioned to improve his riding and Trainer was cautioned as to the selection of his riders for his charge in the future.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g DEFINING POWER.
