As Jockey Y.S. Srinath was certified medically unfit to ride. Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Warren Singh to declare Jockey Akshay Kumar to ride KATANA in place of the declared rider.

Jockey Kiran Rai P, the rider of ARMORY was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to TOP DANCER (P. Trevor), which in turn passed it onto KATANA (Akshay Kumar) approaching 700 Metres.

Jockey S. Saba, the rider of AIR DISPLAY was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to ARMORY (Kiran Rai P) on his outside passing the 300 Metres.

Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of TOP DANCER was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'in' and tightening THE GOLDEN DREAM (Naveen M.) on his inside approaching 300 Metres.

Jockey Naveen. M, the rider of THE GOLDEN DREAM was fined Rs.3,000/- for not sufficiently persevering with his mount in the final 100 Metres of the race.

TOP DANCER (P. Trevor) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of TOP DANCER, trained by Mr. Neil B. Devaney and ridden by Jockey P. Trevor in the above race.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g CLEVER HANS.

Permission was granted to trainers M/s. Rajesh Narredu, Neil Darashah and V. Lokanath to deputize on behalf of trainers M/s. Parvati Byramji, Imtiaz A. Sait and L.D’silva who were unable to attend the races.
