Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.Sriram Komandur to withdraw SHADOW'SAIM (Rayan Ahmed R.) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on left fore. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

STEP TO DESTINY (Vivek.G) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.V. Lokanath was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.

At the request of Trainer Mr. S. Narredu, endoscopy was performed on BOLD ACT and no abnormality was found.

An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Steward into the interference caused by Jockey A. Ramu, the rider of THE STRIKINGLY in the above race. In that Soon after jumping out he shifted out and caused interference to KNOTTY CHALLENGER (IndraJeet Singh) thereafter he shifted out and caused interference to KNOTTY CHALLENGER (IndraJeet Singh), which in turn passed it onto ASAGIRI (Ashok Kumar A) on his outside passing the 950 Metres.

Jockey A. Ramu was interviewed by the Stipendiary Steward. The Stipendiary Steward after considering the submissions made by Jockey
A. Ramu and after viewing the CCTV replay decided to charge Jockey A. Ramu for Careless Riding.

The Stipendiary Steward thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to A. Ramu with effect from 9/1/2024 to 25/1/2024 (Both days inclusive) even though he did not plead guilty to the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Careless Riding on his mount THE STRIKINGLY (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.
