QUEVEGA (Rajesh Kumar M) jumped awkwardly inwards and bumped APOLLO LIGHT (Siddaraju.P) at the start.

Jockey A.R.Pradeep, the rider of WAY OF LIFE was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to LADY GODIVA (Darshan R.N), which in turn passed it onto SEA DIAMOND (Ikram Ahmed) and QUEVEGA (Rajesh Kumar M) on his inside soon after the start.

Jockey Siddaraju.P, the rider of APOLLO LIGHT reported that he lost his left stirrup while jumping out of the starting gates, as such he could not offer any assistance to his mount thereafter. In the process he shifted out and inconvenienced WAY OF LIFE (A.R.Pradeep), which in turn passed it onto LADY GODIVA (Darshan R.N) passing the 1000 Metres. An enquiry was held into the matter at the behest of Owner Mr. Kumaraswamy and Trainer Mr. Prithviraj B., the Enquiry Officers held a detailed enquiry into the above incident on 13/1/2024 and viewed various angles of the CCTV replay in the presence of Trainer Mr. Prithviraj B. and Jockey Siddaraju.P. After a thorough enquiry they concluded that the benefit of doubt would be given to Jockey Siddaraju.P., the rider of APOLLO LIGHT on this incident. However, he was informed to be careful in future as to the position of his leg in the stirrup.
 
Jockey Antony Raj S., the rider of SHE'S A LADY reported that his mount was hanging 'in' after entering the straight. Trainer Mr.Imtiaz Khan was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey Darshan R.N, the rider of LADY GODIVA was fined Rs.5,000/- for the excessive and improper use of whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

Jockey Antony Raj S., the rider of SHE'S A LADY was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

Jockey A.R.Pradeep, the rider of WAY OF LIFE was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to MAX MUELLER (Shreyas Singh S) on his inside passing the 350 Metres.

Trainer Mr. M. Rajendra Singh was fined Rs.10,000/- for the reversal of form of WAY OF LIFE (A.R.Pradeep) in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No.69 i.e.The Ganga Plate - Div. I - (About) 1200 Metres, Horses rated 00 to 25 run on 30th December, 2023 wherein it unplaced.
