The following Jockeys could not fulfil their riding engagements for this race due to delay in flight as such they were substituted by the following:
Horse No.1 BRING IT ON: Jockey A.Imran Khan in place of P.P.Dhebe
Horse No.3 OCTAVIAN: Jockey R.Vaibhav in place of Arshad Alam
Horse No.5 SAIBYA: Jockey Tanveer Alam in place of Suraj Narredu
Horse No.11 ONE O EIGHT: Jockey Md.Hesnain in place of V.R.Jagadeesh

Horse no.9 KANYATTA (C.A.Brisson) was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds (lame on right fore) before coming under Starter’s order. Trainer J.Sebastian was advised to get his charge certified fit by the Club’s Senior Veterinary officer before accepting with it again. There was no deduction in the bookmaker’s liability, odds being over 10 to 1.

JUDEY (Saddam Hussain) jumped out slowly and thereafter did not raise a gallop in the early part of the race, SSC Revoked.

Jockey C.Umesh the rider of LADY’S SECRET lost his whip at about 50 meters, since he has lost the whip on the 3rd occasion in a short span of time he was fined  a sum of Rs.1000/-  and cautioned for future..

Jockey Akshay Kumar the rider of MY OPINION reported that his horse was not coming on the bit till the straight and while negotiating the bend the horse suddenly shifted out and only when he used the whip it came onto the bit and galloped well. Trainer B.Suresh has been advised to take remedial measures before accepting with it again

Jockey Ashhad Asbar the rider of CHENNAI CHIC was reprimanded for dropping his hands in the last 250 metres. When questioned he said the horse was not responding. The Club’s Senior Veterinary officer was asked to examine the horse, Veterinary examination revealed that the horse was sound.
