Racing Incidents

RACHEL GREENE (Shamse Raja) was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds (lame on right fore). Trainer G.S.Parmar was advised to get his charge certified fit by the Club’s Senior Veterinary officer before accepting with it again.

ORCHESTRA (Ryan Marshall) was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds(bruised right hip) before coming under starter’s orders. Trainer Craig Marshall was advised to get his charge certified fit by the Club’s Senior Veterinary officer before accepting with it again.

The bookmaker’s liability remained unaffected, odds being over 10 to 1. ICELANDIC STAR (A.Ayaz Khan) lost about 3 to 4 lengths at the start. COUNTRY’S PACE (Arshad Alam) was slow to start losng about 2 lengths.

Jockey Md.Hesnain the rider of RAFAELE was fined a sum of Rs.3000/- for shifting in after 100 metres onto INTOX (C.Umesh) who in turn shifted in and caused interference to SPRIT OF ZION (V.R.Jagadeesh). Jockey A.Ayaz Khan the rider of ICELANDIC STAR was fined a sum of Rs.2000/- for shifting in and inconveniencing COUNTRY’S PACE (Arshad Alam) and PEYTO (L.Kamigallu).
