Racing Incidents

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.R.Foley to declare Jockey R N Darshan on LORD OF KINGS to replace the declared Jockey Nakhat Singh, who could not fulfil his riding engagements as he was indisposed after his ride in the previous race.

BRANKA (A M Alam) jumped awkwardly as the start was affected losing about 2 lengths.

ROYAL PROTOCAL (C A Brisson) fly jumped awkwardly as the start was affected losing about 2 to 3 lengths.

Jockey A M Alam, the rider of BRANKA was fined a sum of Rs. 2000/- for losing his position and dropping back from 900 metres to 600 metres for no apparent reason.

Trainer Mr.R.Foley and Jockey R N Darshan were questioned regarding the running and riding of LORD OF KINGS, not being satisfied with the explanation tendered by them , Jockey R N Darshan, the rider of LORD OF KINGS was fined a sum of Rs.2000/- for not making sufficient efforts to improve position till passing the 400 metres and Trainer Mr.R.Foley was cautioned as to future running of his charges.

Jockey C A Brisson, the rider of ROYAL PROTOCAL was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race and cautioned for future rides.

LADY ELISE (Stephen Raj) was  observed  to  drop  back  entering  the  straight,  Trainer  Mr. Saddam Iqbal was advised to ensure better performance of charge before  next  accepting with it.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner CROWN OF STARS (S Zervan).
