Trainer Fazal-Ul-Rehman was fined a sum of Rs.10,000/- for not declaring to start with his charge KOH E TUUR (null) after having accepted with it.

Permission was granted to Trainer Pratap Kamath M to declare Jockey C S Jodha as the rider of GUNDUZ in place of Jockey Arshad Alam who was indisposed and hence could not fulfil his riding engagements for the day.

Further Jockey P P Dhebe, the  rider  of INDIAN PATRIOT was fined a sum of Rs.3000/- for not making sufficient efforts to prevent his mount from shifting in bumping SMART CADILLAC (S.Antony Raj) first at the 250 metres, then at the 200 metres and eventually at the 100 metres bumping and forcing in SMART CADILLAC (S.Antony Raj), who shifted in, causing a check to KAY STAR (Ashhad Asbar) travelling on the inner rails.
