FIRST EMPRESS (Md Farhan Alam) was  permitted  to  be  withdrawn  on veterinary grounds as the mare was observed to have soreness in the Right
 
fore hoof. Trainer R.Foley was informed to get his charge  certified  fit  by  the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting next to race .

Permission was granted to Trainer Deepesh Narredu to deputise on behalf of Trainer Fazal-Ul-Rehman for ALEXANDER (S.Imran) at both trainer's risk and liability.

Trainer Deepesh Narredu was fined Rs 2000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge ALEXANDER (S.Imran).Subsequently emergency colours All Black were permitted to be used.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner CONSTANT VARIABLE (Abhay Singh).

An Enquiry was held into the running and riding of DESPACITO trained by M.M.Uthaiah and ridden by Jockey HINDU SINGH after the last race.

The trainer and Jockey were both questioned.The trainer stated that the instructions given to the Jockey was to sit in mid bunch and do his best in the straight.Jockey Hindu Singh confirmed the instructions given to him.When asked a specific question to the Jockey,when the replay of the last 300 metres was shown where he did not infuse adequate use of the whip and vigour in riding out his mount whereby riding an indifferent race.He did not have a plausible answer.When the trainer was asked whether he was satisfied with the jockey's ride,he also felt that he did not use the whip to the fullest on the horse

After considering the submissions made by the Trainer and Jockey and after viewing the CCTV replay the Stewards decided to warn Jockey HINDU SINGH and fine a sum of Rs 10,000/- for riding an indifferent race on his mount DESPACITO.This being the first offense ,he was asked to be more careful on his riding mounts.The Trainer was also asked to be more careful in running his charges.
