Racing Incidents

Permission was granted to Trainer N. Govindarajan to declare Jockey S.Imran to ride THRILL OF POWER in place of Jockey A S .Peter who was indisposed the previous race day and could not fulfill his riding engagements for the day.

THRILL OF POWER (S.Imran) slowly away,losing about 4 lengths at the start.

Jockey Ashhad Asbar, the rider of BOHEMIAN STAR reported that he was interfered soon after the start.

Jockey P S Chouhan, the rider of DESERT STAR reported that his saddle shifted back while entering the straight and further shifted in the final furlong due to which he could not completely ride out on his mount. TrainerJ.Sebastian was fined a sum of Rs 2000/- for faulty saddling of DESERT STAR.

The saddle of ZANETA (Ram Nandan Manjhi) shifted back during the race. Trainer B.Suresh was fined a sum of Rs 2000/- for faulty saddling of ZANETA .

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner GROOVIN (P.S.Kaviraj).
