Racing Incidents
Jockey Ramandeep Singh Bal(JOVIAL) was called in and questioned about his riding in the straight wherein he allowed his mount to shift in passing 400 mts and caused an interference to GOLDEN GUN(G.S. Shekhawat) On viewing the race, it was seen his mount was inclined to hang in severely inspite of his best efforts therefore the trainer was also advised to take remedial measures before accepting in a race. Jockey Ramandeep Singh Bal(JOVIAL) was fined Rs.1000/- for the excessive use of whip (first offense) in that he whipped 15 times.
