As Jockey S.Amjad Khan was certified medically unfit to ride at the Starting gate as such DON’T YOU DARE has been withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. In consequence of DON’T YOU DATE be withdrawn before coming under starter’s orders a deduction of 30%   on win and 50% on place was  effected.

An objection lodged by Jockey  Danish Ali Khan the rider of BEATRICE placed third  by the Judge against Jockey Gurpreet Singh the rider of SOL placed first by the Judge and against Jockey C.S.Jodha the rider of FIRE CRACKER placed second by the judge  for “ coming in” and  for” coming out”  before the red marker and getting me sandwitched due to which I had to lose  considerable grounds and that cost me a certain race.” The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race interviewed the Jockeys concerned and after deliberations, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward and based on the observation of the race the Stewards were not satisfied that an alteration to the placings could not be justified. Therefore, they decided to overrule the objection. The Security deposit was refunded.

An objection lodged by Jockey  C.S.Jodha the rider of  FIRE CRACKER placed second  by the Judge against Jockey Gurpreet Singh the rider of SOL placed first by the Judge for “ bumping and boring continuously from 300 mts upto the winning post due to which I was unable to ride out properly and even had to check my mount and that cost him a certain race”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race interviewed the Jockeys concerned and after deliberations, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward and based on the observation of the race the Stewards were  satisfied that an alteration to the placings could  be justified. Therefore, they decided to uphold the objection and the revised order of placings as under: The Security deposit was refunded.
