Trainer Mr.Chandrapal Singh was fined Rs.500/-  for failing to produce  the declared colours at the Scales in respect of his charge LEICESTER SQUARE and subsequently he was permitted to use emergency colours “ALL BLACK” on his charge.

Jockey Mohanlal the rider of LEICESTER SQUARE was fined Rs.3000/- for not following the trainers instructions in that he was instructed to take a good jump and do his best efforts on entering the straight wherein he rode to the contrary of given instructions. 

Jockey L.Parshant the rider of MASTER SOURCE reported that his mount was running green throughout the race.

Trainer Mr.I.S.Parmar and Jockey C S Jodha  was questioned regarding the dismal performance of MASTER MESSI . Jockey stated that he was instructed to settle the colt where comfortable and ride out in the straight. He further stated that once he settled behind horses, MASTER MESSI refused to stretch out despite his urgings. The trainer confirmed the instructions stated that he was very much disappointed with the performance of his charge MASTER MESSI. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s veterinary officer reported no apparent abnormality. Trainer Mr.I.S Parmar was informed to keep his charge under observation for 24 hours and report any ailments noticed.
