Trainer Mr.H.Ali Khan was fined Rs.1000/- for bringing his charge TEMPTING THOUGHT into the parade ring without “Tongue Strap” for which prior permission was not obtained, subsequently permission was granted to use “Tongue Strap” on his charge.                                

Jockey Arun Kumar the rider of FANAA reported that he lost his whip nearing the 400 mts. (1^st offence)

Jockey G S Shekhawat the rider of ASHWA KUNDAN (Drawn 2) reported that his mount was severely interfered by  ASHWA APRANA (J Vijay Kumar)(Drawn  3)  as the latter suddenly veered in soon after the  start thereby crowding and causing interference to ASHWA KUNDAN. As the interference was accidental and App. Jockey J Vijay Kumar made every effort to control his mount no action was initiated .However, Trainer R S Shekhawat was asked to show his charge in a gate practice to the satisfaction of Stipendiary Steward. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s  Veterinary officer reported no apparent abnormality.

Surprise urine sample was taken for analysis from  ASHWA KUNDAN in the presence of Trainer Mr.R.S.Shekhawat and sent for Analytical test.

An enquiry has been opened into the jump out of  EL SALVADOR (Riazuddin) Trained by Mr.Manbir Singh wherein the blind fold used on his charge was not timely removed by the Handler thereby the horse lost 1-2 lengths as the start was effected.

ASHWA APRANA were impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s  Veterinary officer reported no apparent abnormality.
