GOMTI (Ramlal) was withdrawn as it was found to be lame on left fore  in the Saddling enclosure.  Trainer Mr.Magan Singh was informed not to accept with his charge until passed fit by the Club’s Veterinary Officer. In consequence of GOMTI being withdrawn before coming under Starter’s order no deduction on win or place bets was effected.

Jockey Mohanlal the rider of STEEL FORCE was questioned regarding his  jump out who stated that his mount took a fly jump and after that he made all the efforts to follow the instructions to sit 3^rd/4^th  was noted for future riding. Trainer Mr.A.Khan was called in and questioned who stated that this is the first time that his charge took a fly jump was noted for future running. The horse was impounded for  veterinary examination and the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported  injury on both sides of inner lips due to sharp molars  as such the Trainer Mr.A.Khan was fined Rs.1000/- for his negligence in discharge of his duties as a Trainer and advised him to get the teeth rasped for the horse before accepting in a race.
