As Jockey D.S. Rathore was certified medically unfit to ride at the Starting gates as such MASTER SENSATION was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. In consequence of MASTER SENSATION being withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders no deduction on Win or Place bets was effected.

Jockey Dashrath Singh the rider of REAL STUNNER was questioned about his riding who stated that he was instructed to sit 2^nd which he could not do so due to the severe interference received soon after the start thereafter he had  great difficulty to catch up with the field placing him at a disadvantage, was noted.

App.Jockey Mohd.Asif the rider of DAZZLE was reported to the Stewards for continuously allowing his mount to shift in before passing the red marker thereby crowding and causing interference to the inside drawn horses viz MISS GORGEOUS (C.S.Jodha), REAL STUNNER (Dashrath Singh) the favourite, DANCING BEAUTY ( R Yousaf) & DAZZLING WISE (Sandeep Rajput).

The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and interviewed App.Jockey Mohd.Asif.

After hearing his statements, considering the recommendation of the Stipendiary Steward and their own observation based on the replay of the  CCTV and after due deliberations they decided to suspend  App.Jockey Mohd.Asif from riding in races from  26^th January,2013 to 25^th February,2013 (both days inclusive) for careless riding thereby contravening  Rule No 161 (i) of RWITC Rules of Racing. He was permitted to ride work during the period of his suspension and was advised of his right of appeal.
