Racing Incidents

ASHWA SITARA (G.S.Shekhawat) was fractious and refused to be stalled as such was withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. In consequence of ASHWA SITARA  being withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders a deduction on 20% on win and 30% on place  bets was effected.

Jockey R Parvesh the rider of  TRUSTED MAN  reported the loss of his whip soon after jumping out of the starting gates, he was warned ( 1st offence during the meeting ). It was conveyed that his future loss of whip would be closely monitored.

Jockey R Parvesh the rider of TRUSTED MAN was fined Rs.1000/- for hitting his  mount on its neck with his hands in the finishing stages of the race.

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that EL SALVADOR returned lame  on right  fore after the race, Trainer Mr.S H Abbas deputizing for Manbir Singh was informed  not to accept with his charge until passed fit by the Club’s Veterinary Officer.
