Racing Incidents

Jockey D Kumar the rider of RAWSOM was called in and questioned regarding his fall in the final 100 mts. Not being satisfied with his explanation he was directed to appear before the Stewards after the last race alongwith trainer A Khan.

The Stewards called in and questioned Trainer A.Khan and Jockey D.Kumar and were shown the replay of the race .

After hearing their statements, considering the report of the Stipendiary Steward, relying upon their own observation based on  the replay of the CCTV and taking note of jockey’s explanation the Stewards gave jockey D.Kumar benefit of doubt and warned him to be more cautious during his riding.

Jockey Shadab Khan the rider of CHEPETZUHA was fined Rs.1500/-  for cutting across sharply thereby taking the grounds of  RAWSOM ( D Kumar) at 200 metres
