An objection was lodged by Jockey R Parvesh the rider of FLASH FORWARD placed fourth  by the Judge against Jockeys A.Sandesh  the rider of  CRUSOE placed first by the Judge and Jockey Ranjeet Singh the rider of DANCING BABE placed second by the Judge for “coming in and coming out and bumping me badly, crossing me taking my ground soon after the jump thereafter I had to check my mount and stop riding and that cost  me a certain race”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race interviewed the Jockeys concerned and after deliberations, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward and based on the observation of the race the Stewards were satisfied that an alteration to the placings could not be justified. Therefore, they decided to overrule the objection. The Security deposit was refunded.

Jockey A Sandesh the rider of CRUSOE was called in and questioned about his mount veering in sharply soon after the jump out who stated that his mount was leaning on the inside and he had made every efforts to ensure to take a level jump which he could not do so inspite of his best efforts. Trainer Ajay Sharma was called in and shown the replay of the race and informed him to give sufficient gate practice and pass in a mock race before accepting his charge.

DANCING BABE (Ranjeet Singh) started dropping back thereby taking the grounds of FLASH FORWARD (Rajinder Saini) who was travelling directly behind placing the latter at a disadvantage.

Jockey Rajinder Saini the rider of FLASH FORWARD reported that  his mount was hanging- in in the straight inspite of his best efforts. Trainer I S Parmar was informed to take remedial measures.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner CRUSOE in the presence of Trainer Ajay Sharma and was sent for Analytical test.
