Trainer S M Abbas was called in and questioned about the improved performance of MY GLORIA as compared to its last run in 115 on 12/12/2014 wherein it was unplaced. The trainer stated that:-

1. Last run in Race No.115  his charge had suffered with an interference.
2. Today it was running less 200 mts
3. This time his charge was ridden by a better  jockey
4. He had given a gap of almost 3 weeks and freshened up for this race.

However, while noting his explanations, Trainer S M Abbas was cautioned for the inconsistent running of his charges and was informed of the RWITC calendar notification regarding “in and out” running.

Jockey K Sunny Kumar the rider of GORGONZA was fined Rs.3000/- for  allowing his mount to shift in thereby bump into RULING CLASS (Saddam Hussain) soon after jumping out of the Starting gates thereafter passing some distance again causing interference to LUCKY IMPRESS (Aqeed Waheed) and  MASTER CROWN (Rajinder Saini).

Jockey  K Sunny Kumar (GORGONZA) reported that in the final stages of the race his mount was luging in under pressure. GORGONZA was impounded for Veterinary examination and the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported  a fresh bit injury marks on right cheek.

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that ROSSETTE QUEEN bled. In terms of RWITC Racing calendar notification the horse has been banned  from racing for a stipulated period of 4 weeks (1^st time bleeder)  Trainer A Saulez was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.

Compulsory urine sample was taken from ROSSETTE QUEEN in the presence of Trainer A Saulez and sent for analytical test.
