Prior  to ‘ALL CLEAR’ being declared App.Jockey R Rakesh  the rider of GOLDEN INDIAN requested to view the race video with a view to considering  lodging an objection After viewing the video App.Jockey R Rakesh  decided to proceed with an objection and accordingly an objection lodged by App.Jockey R Rakesh the rider of GOLDEN INDIAN placed second against Jockey  R Parvesh the rider of ASHWA SONIKA placed first by the judge for “coming onto me and bumping me badly soon after the jump due to which my mount got disbalanced and broke its strides and that cost me a certain race”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race interviewed the Jockeys concerned and after deliberations, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward and based on the observation of the race the Stewards were satisfied that an alteration to the placings could not be justified. Therefore, they decided to overrule the objection. The Security deposit was refunded.

Jockey R Parvesh the rider of ASHWA SONIKA was fined Rs.5000/- for  allowing his mount shift in soon after jumping out of the starting gates  thereby bumping onto GOLDEN  INDIAN ( R Rakesh) on his inside.

Jockey R Parvesh the rider of ASHWA SONIKA was reported to the Stewards for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race.( 3^rd offence during the meeting) The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and interviewed Jockey R Parvesh. After hearing his statements, considering the recommendation of the  Stipendiary Steward and relying upon their own observations based on the replay of the Race the Stewards after deliberations decided to suspend  Jockey R Parvesh for two Race days for the excessive use of the whip on his mount  during the race for  the violation of Racing calendar notification under the heading “USE OF WHIPS” in the above race (3^rd offence during the meeting). He was informed  the dates of   two days of suspension will be notified at a later date.  He was advised of his right of appeal and permitted to ride work.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner  ASHWA SONIKA in the presence of Trainer A Khan and sent for Analytical test.
