As Jockey K Narender Kumar could not fulfill his riding engagements on compassionate grounds, hence permission was granted to Trainer Magan Singh to substitute Jockey Jai Parkash to ride SPECIAL LADY in place of Jockey K Narender Kumar the declared rider.

Jockey Ramandep Singh Bal the rider of SILVER BOY reported that after jumping out of the starting gates he had to check his mount to avoid clipping the front runner.

Jockey G S Shekhawat the rider of AMAZING BOLT was fined Rs.2000/- for not sufficiently persevering with his mount in the last 400 mts of the race.

App Jockey Rajesh Kumar Patel the rider of AL KEFIA was reprimanded for allowing his mount to shift in soon after jumping out of the starting gate thereby GAMBLER RETURNS (Arman Ali Jafri) had to be checked by its rider.

Trainer S H Abbas was questioned regarding the dismal performance of AL KEFIA. The trainer stated that he had instructed the jockey to go to front and do his best on entering the straight. He observed that the jockey had followed his instructions initially and on entering the straight his horse ran a poor race whereby he had no tangible explanations to offer. The Jockey corroborating the trainer’s statements stated that after negotiating the bend and entering into the home straight his mount was not galloping fluently and not responding to his urges, hence eased up his mount. Their explanations were noted for future running.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner MASTER ZIDANE  in the presence of Trainer Rajinder and was sent for Analytical test.
