Permission was granted to Trainer Magan Singh to substitute Jockey Jai Parkash to ride BOLD ACTION in place of Jockey K Narender Kumar the declared rider.

KALA GHORA (R Rakesh) after jumping out of the starting gates did not raise a fluent gallop and ran detached from the field, In view of its behaviour trainer Rajinder was informed not to accept with his charge until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in one mock race on a race day on the race track.

Trainer Ajay Sharma was questioned regarding the improved performance and  inconsistent  running of GUTSY BOY the winner as compared to its last run in Race No.111 24^th November 2015 where it was unplaced.

Trainer stated that:-

1. He has taken over this horse just before the commencement of the season from Trainer Zulfiqar Khan.

2. The horse was suffering from a severe veterinary set back for which he had  treated it from the Club’s veterinary department.

3. The last outing in Race No.111 on 24^th November 2015 which was the first run both under his charge as well as set back had instructed the Jockey to take a good jump and go to the front. Since it had come out of a severe set back specifically instructed the  Jockey not to make use of the whip excessively and ride out.

4. In its last outing it was  dropped by 3 points in handicap.

v. Thereafter it was working well in the morning tracks, after its run in Race No.111.

6. This time he had used the services of much superior jockey.

While noting his explanations he was cautioned of the “in and out “ running of the horses.

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that ASHWA KUNDAN returned lame on right fore during the race. Trainer H A Khan was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner GUTSY BOY in the presence of Trainer Ajay Sharma and was sent for Analytical test.
