Jockey S Amjad Khan the rider of MISS CASTLE reported that his mount changing its legs during the race.

Jockey Ranjeet Singh the rider of  MR SINGH on questioning stated that he was instructed to lead the field or position  2nd/3rd and do his best on entering the straight . After jumping out of the starting gates his mount without any efforts led  the field and travelled well till 300 mts and when place under pressure from that point it failed to respond and ran disappointing. Trainer Deepak Kalra on questioning the running of his charge MR SINGH a firm favourite in the above race stated that:-

i)    MR SINGH came under his charge from Trainer Rajinder 1-1/2
    months back.
ii)    His charge had a severe veterinary set back, thereafter it was treated
    at the Club’s veterinary hospital and accepted in Class V in its previous
    outing on 15.12.2015,  where it performed positively and won the race
    very well under App.Jockey (claiming 5 kg Allowance)
iii)    Today in the above race which is for higher class he had given the
    same instructions and himself was quite shocked with its poor
    performance.
While noting his explanations he was informed to keep his charge under veterinary observation and report of any ailments noticed within 24 hours.

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that BIG NEWS bled. In terms of RWITC Racing calendar notification the horse has been banned  from racing for a stipulated period of 4 weeks (1st time bleeder)  Trainer Sartaj Singh was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.

Surprise urine sample was taken for analysis from MR SINGH the failed favourite in the presence of Trainer Deepak Kalra and was sent for analytical test.  

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner ASHWA SAANGA  in the presence of Trainer  A Saulez and was sent for analytical test.
