In view of its behaviour Trainer H A  Khan was informed not to accept with his charge until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in one mock race on a race day on the race track.

Jockey Amjad Khan the rider of MASTER NOVAK was fined Rs.1000/- for permitting his mount to shift in soon after jumping out of the starting gates whereby AD ASTRA (Danish Ali Khan) had to be checked by its rider.

Jockey T S Jodha the rider of ASHWA PRABAL reported that soon after jumping out of the starting gates his mount held the bit  and commenced to pull hard during the early stages of the race and set faster  pace than he  anticipated inspite of his best efforts to control it. While noting his explanation trainer K P Singh was advised to take remedial measures before accepting in a race.

Jockey Dansih Ali Khan the rider of AD ASTRA reported that soon after jumping out of the starting gates he got interfered by MASTER NOVAK(S Amjad Khan)  which shifted in  and  FAST AND FURIOUS (S Lalit) shifted out  whereby he had to check his mount to avoid being clipped between these two horses thereby loosing sufficient grounds.

Jockey Ramandeep Singh the rider of  MISS HIEGL reported that soon after jumping out of the starting gates his mount stumbled.

Trainer S Nawab and Jockey Ramandeep Singh Bal were reported to the Stewards for the running and riding of MISS HIEGL. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and interviewed trainer S Nawab and Jockey Ramandeep Singh Bal. After hearing their statements, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward and after due deliberations they decided to:-
a)    Caution trainer S Nawab for the unsatisfactory running of his charge MISS HIEGL.

b)    Suspend the jockey’s licence granted to Ramandeep Singh Bal from riding in races from 30th January 2016 to 23rd February 2016 (both days inclusive) for his unsatisfactory riding on his mount MISS HIEGL in the above race thereby contravening Rule No.161(ii) of RWITC Rules of Racing.

                 He was permitted to ride work during the period of his suspension. Advised of his right to appeal.

Trainer K Ali Khan was questioned regarding the change of shoeing of his charge AD ASTRA where in its earlier engagements it won two races with Aluminum shoes. The trainer stated that there is no rule/norms on this aspect and it is his prerogative. His explanations were noted.

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that AAMEERA bled. In terms of RWITC Racing calendar notification the horse has been banned  from racing for a stipulated period of 4 weeks (1st time bleeder) .Trainer K P Singh was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.
Compulsory urine sample was taken from AAMEERA and taken for analysis from AAMEERA in the presence of Trainer  K P Singh and was sent for analytical test.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner BRIVERRE in the presence of Trainer  Rajinder and was sent for analytical test.
