Permission was granted to Mr.Zulfiqar Khan to withdraw  YALAMLAM(K Sunny Kumar)  on veterinary grounds as it was lame on Right  Fore . He was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.

On compassionate grounds permission was granted to Trainer Sangeet Charan to substitute Jockey S Amjad Khan to ride MISS CASTLE in place of Jockey Suresh Kumar the declared rider.

As Jockey Askash Agarwal reported that due to transportation issue he will not be in a position to reach Delhi to ride, hence permission was granted to trainer S Nawab to substitute Jockey Irfan Ali to ride AL QARAM in place of Akash Agarwal the declared rider.

Jockey Irfan Ali the rider AL QARAM reported that his mount refused to raise
a fluent galloping throughout the race inspite of his best efforts. Trainer S Nawab was informed to take remedial measures before accepting with it again in a race.

Trainer Rajinder was questioned regarding the performance of  his charge INDIAN OCEAN.  The Trainer stated as follows:-

i)    He had instructed the jockey to position 4th /5th and do his best on entering the straight.
ii)    After the race the jockey opined that the pace of the race was quite fast, hence his charge could not  keep up with the pace of the race.
iii)    His charge had not performed  positively in the last 4 runs  and had quite disappointing runs.
iv)    He himself quite shocked with his charge opening as favourite.
v)    And even in the morning track work his charge had not done anything remarkably  good work. His explanations were noted for future reference.

AL QARAM & MISS CASTLE were impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported no apparent abnormality.

Urine sample was taken from the winner GUTSY BOY in the presence of  Trainer Ajay Sharma and was sent for analytical test.
