As Jockey Danish Ali Khan was certified medically unfit to ride at the Starting Gates, hence , CAROL was withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. In consequence of CAROL being withdrawn before coming under Starter’s order a deduction on 30% on win and 50% on place bets was effected.

Jockey M Chettri the rider of  AMAZING BOLT was fined Rs.3000/- for riding contrary to the trainers instructions in that he was instructed  to jump out and settle in front position and do his best on entering the straight. It was observed that he had made no effort to follow the trainer’s instruction where he allowed his mount to take sufficient lead and on entering  the home straight it packed up.

An enquiry has been opened into the circumstance of Jockey Danish Ali Khan certified unfit  at the Starting Gates.

The Club’s Medical Officer reported as follows:
“Jockey Danish. A. Khan  now  unfit to ride”

Urine sample was taken from the winner MEISTER in the presence of  Trainer Shakti Singh deputizing for Trainer Deepak Kalara and was sent for analytical test.
