Permission was granted to  Trainer K P Singh to withdraw  NAUTICAL STORM (T S Jodha)  on veterinary grounds as it was lame on Right  hind limb. He was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.

DIM DIM (P Trevor) was examined by the Club’s Veterinary Officer at the parade ring and was certified lame on left hind as such it was permitted to be withdrawn on  veterinary ground. Trainer K Ali Khan was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race. In consequence of DIM DIM  being withdrawn on veterinary ground a deduction of 30% on win and 50% place bets was effected.

SUPER SELECT (Anil Kumar) after jumping out of the starting gates  whipped around and did not take practical part in the race. In view of its behaviour Trainer A Saulez  was informed not to accept with his charge until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in two mock race on a race day on the race track.

Jockey S Lalit, on questioning regarding MISS INDIA jumping out awkwardly from the starting gates, stated that just prior to the start being effected, MISS INDIA was quite restless, which resulted in MISS INDIA jumping away awkwardly whereby to control its movement he had to check his mount and also further stated that in its earlier start, it behaved in the similar manner. His explanations were noted for future reference.

Jockey S Lalit the rider of MISS INDIA was severely reprimanded for easing his mount  in the last 100 mts of the race.

Urine sample was taken from the winner ASHWA KUNDAN  in the presence of  Trainer  H A Khan  and was sent for analytical test.
