Prior  to ‘ALL CLEAR’ being declared App. Jockey Akash Rajput   the rider of   GLORY AWAITS requested to view the race video with a view to considering  lodging an objection After viewing the video App. Jockey Akash Rajput  decided to proceed with an objection and accordingly an  objection was lodged by Jockey Akash Rajput  the rider of  GLORY AWAITS placed fourth  by the Judge against Jockey Nitin Singh the rider of NIZBATI PRINCE  placed second by the Judge for “ blocking my passage from 350mts upto the winning post and disturbing me and not allowing me to get a clear run due to which I had to check my mount at around 150 mts that cost me a certain place”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race interviewed the Jockeys concerned and after deliberations, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward and based on the observation of the race the Stewards were  satisfied that an alteration to the placings could not be justified. Therefore, they decided to overrule the objection. The Security deposit was refunded.

Jockey Nitin Singh the rider of NIZBATI PRINCE reported that his mount was “hanging in” from the 200 mts of the race and he had difficulty in keep it in on an even course.  The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s veterinary officer reported that it had sustained a cut injury right hind hock and fetlock. Trainer S H Abbas was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.

Jockey Dashrath Singh the rider of DANCE OF DESTINY reported that his mount was not galloping fluently throughout the race and repeatedly changing its legs. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that DANCE OF DESTINY was lame on left fore. Trainer Shakti Singh was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.

Urine sample was taken from the winner TEG in the presence of  Trainer A Saulez and was sent for analytical test.
