App Jockey Sameer Qureshi the rider of NIZBATI WAVE was fined Rs.2000/-  for causing interference to DARIYADIL (Praveen Saini) soon after jumping out of the Starting gates.

Trainer S H Abbas and Jockey Sameer Qureshi were called in and questioned regarding the running and riding of NIZBATI WAVE. Trainer stated that he had instructed the jockey to just lead the field and do his best on entering the straight. He was quite surprised with the way  jockey had ridden wherein after jumping out of the starting gates he took a long lead and entering the home straight his mount packed up. On questioning Jockey Sameer Qureshi stated that he was instructed to take the lead and do the best on entering the straight. However after jumping out of the starting gates he pushed his mount wherein his mount bolted and established sufficient lead wherein he could not control it had  held the bit and galloping strongly. His explanation was noted for future reference.

Jockey Syed Asgar the rider of FIRE ON ICE was fined Rs.3000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race. (second offence during the meeting)

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that MASTER DJOKOVIC bled. In terms of RWITC Racing calendar notification the horse has been banned  from racing for a stipulated period of 4 weeks (1st time bleeder).Trainer Irfan Ali was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that NIZBATI WAVE  returned lame on right hind after the race. Trainer S H Abbas was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.

Urine sample was taken from the winner WANT TO LOVE in the presence of  Trainer Rajinder  and was sent for analytical test.
