Prior  to ‘ALL CLEAR’ being declared Jockey Ramandeep Singh Bal   the rider of AL QARAM  requested to view the race video with a view to considering  lodging an objection. After viewing the video Jockey Ramandeep Singh Bal  decided to proceed with an objection and accordingly an  objection was lodged by Jockey Ramandeep Singh Bal the rider of  AL QARAM  placed second  by the Judge against Jockey Akash Rajput  the rider of EXTREME  DESIRE   placed first by the Judge for “ coming onto me deliberately by using the whip from left from the 100 mts upto the last 30 mts due to which I had to check and stop riding and that cost me a certain race”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race interviewed the Jockeys concerned and after deliberations, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Stewards and based on the observation of the race the Stewards were not satisfied that an alteration to the placings could be justified. Therefore, they decided to overrule the objection. The Security deposit was refunded.

App Jockey Akash Rajput the rider of EXTREME DESIRE was fined Rs.5000/- for permitting his mount to shift in thereby tightening AL QARAM (Ramandeep S Bal) approaching  the 100mts whereby it had to be checked by its rider. He was further advised that in these circumstances of this riding  he should change the whip hand and correct his mount so that interferences could be avoided.

MEISTER was impounded for veterinary examination after the race and the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported no apparent abnormality.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner EXTREME DESIRE  in the presence of Trainer  Rajinder  and sent for Analytical test.
