Prior  to ‘ALL CLEAR’ being declared Jockey  Irfan Ali  the rider of  NIZBATI ROSE  requested to view the race video with a view to considering  lodging an objection After viewing the video Jockey Irfan Ali  decided to proceed with an objection and accordingly an  objection was lodged by Jockey Irfan Ali the rider of NIZBATI ROSE  placed fourth by the Judge against Jockey Akash Rajput the rider of  BEAUTIFUL EVENING placed first by the Judge for “  coming in sharply and bumping me badly before the Red marker  due to which my mount got disbalanced and I had to check my mount and could not ride out properly and that cost me a certain place”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race interviewed the Jockeys concerned and after deliberations, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward and based on the observation of the race the Stewards were satisfied that an alteration to the placings could not be justified. Therefore, they decided to overrule the objection. The Security deposit for lodging an objection was forfeited.

Jockey Akash Rajput the rider of BEAUTIFUL EVENING was fined Rs.3000/- for permitting his mount  to shift in and bumping onto NIZBATI ROSE  (Irfan Ali) on his inside wherein Jockey Irfan Ali  was momentarily disbalanced.

Jockey M I Qureshi the rider of GALLOP AWAY (M I Qureshi) reported that his mount was slowly away as the start was effected thereby loosing some ground. After viewing the CCTV replay of the race it was established that GALLOP AWAY had turned its head towards the right and the Jockey making no effort to correct his mount to jump out effectively with the field. However, he was informed  that he was given a benefit of doubt at this instance and trainer Bharat T Singh was advised to give one gate practice to his charge before accepting with it again in a race.

Jockey M Shahid the rider of TERRIFIC reported that while jumping out of the starting gate his right knee brushed the starting gate wherein he could not offer any assistance to his mount thereafter. The jockey was examined immediately by the Club’s Medical Officer who certified that he did suffer an injury on right knee, bleeding and advised for an X-ray.

Jockey Irfan Ali the rider of NIZBATI ROSE on questioning regarding the run of his mount stated that he was instructed to position in 3^rd/4^th and do his best. He further added that after jumping out, his mount would not settle and had the tendency of throwing its head resulting in him checking his mount repeatedly and he further stated that has also advised the trainer to check for its mouth.

TERRIFIC was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported no apparent abnormality.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner BEAUTIFUL EVENING  in the presence of Trainer Rajinder and was sent for analytical test.
