NEBULOUS (Arman Ali Jafri) was fractious in its stall. Trainer A Khan has been asked to give his charge more Gate practice and show the mare to the satisfaction of the Starter before next accepting to race.

The Jockey explained that his mount was inclined to lean out in the straight which could have resulted in SURAAGNA (Gurpreet Singh) being taken out, therefore, had used the whip in excess as a corrective measure, as such, no action was initiated against the Jockey.

Jockey Gurpreet Singh (SURAAGNA) has been fined Rs.3000/- for using his whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount (1st offence during the meeting).
