On a request from Trainer Magan Singh, ASHWA SABIRA & BRIGHT WATERS were examined on 29 Apr 2019 at 10.30 a.m. & 11.30 a.m.and werefound to be lame by its left-fore & left hind leg respectively. As such, both the horses were certified unfit to race and were withdrawn on veterinary grounds. The Trainer has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to presenting his charges for any future trial or race.

On a request from Trainer Ajay Sharma, RIOS PRINCESS was examined on 29 Apr 2019 at 6:00 p.m. and was found to be lame by its left-fore leg. As such, the mare was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. The Trainer has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to presenting his charge for any future trial or race.

Trainer Mallikarjun has been fined Rs.1,000/- for bringing his charge, MASTER VANPERISE, with a Tongue Strap, an equipment for the use of which no prior permission was obtained. The gelding left the Paddock without a Tongue Strap.

At the start, ASHWA ABHIRAJ (R Rakesh) jumped out of the Gates rider-less. After having viewed the replay of the start, it was observed that the Jockey had ample time in the Gates to be seated on his mount. After questioning of the Jockey and the Starter and having viewed the replayof the start of the race repeatedly, the Jockey has been cautioned for not being ready when he had ample time to do so.
