At the start, RAXION (Muzammil Hashmi) and MASTER STOUTE (R Parvesh) lost about a length.

Jockey MB Qureshi (EASTERN CROWN) was fined Rs 3000/- for using his whip in excess of the prescribed limit (1st offence).

At 350 meters, RAXION (Muzammil Hashmi) shifted in under use of whip causing severe interference to BUMBLEBEE (TS Jodha) who got unbalanced and went onto NICHE STORM (Dhanu S Deora) who received a check, further travelling some distance he again shifted in under use of whip and caused a check to FUEL (Ankit Pal).

Jockey Muzammil Hashmi was reported to the stewards.

After the last race, the Stewards    viewed the race recording and having heard the jockey and considering the submission made by the Stipendiary Stewards, held jockey Muzzamil Hashmi guilty of Dangerous riding wherein without caring for others safety he shifted his ground under use of whip and caused severe interference to BUMBLEBEE (TS Jodha) and NICHE STORM (Dhanu S Deora) and further travelling some distance he again caused interference to FUEL (Ankit Pal).

The stewards deliberated and decided :

a)    To suspend Jockey Muzzamil Hashmi license for a period covering 10 race days and severely cautioned him for future.
(If he applies for grant of jockey license the Stewards may recommend, however it will remain suspended for the first 10 race days of racing season 2022/23)

Jockey Muzzamil Hashmi was reminded of his right to appeal.

After the race, NICHE STORM was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not fit to race for a stipulated period of 4 weeks (1st time). Trainer VS Parmar has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to his charge being presented for any future trial or race
 
After the race, NIGHT HAWK, BUMBLEBEE were found to be sound.
