ASHWA VIKRANT (K. Sunny Kumar) wasfound to be stiff and lame by its left fore legas such waswithdrawnon veterinary grounds before coming under starters order. Trainer Irfan Ali has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to his charge being presented for any future trial or race.

At the start,JET RAFLE ( Naresh Kumar) and FUEL (R. Rakesh) bothlost about 2 lengtheach. Jockey Dhanu S. Deora (RAINFOREST) was fined Rs. 2,000/-for weighing out more than the permissible limit.

Jockey Naresh Kumar (JET RAFLE) has been fined Rs 5000/-for using his whip in excess of the prescribed limit (2ndoffence).

Jockey Rajinder Saini (BEAT GOES ON) has been fined Rs 3000/-for using his whip in excess of the prescribed limit (1st Offence).

The saddle of RAINFOREST (Dhanu S. Deora) was observed to have slipped forward during the race, as such Trainer V.S. Parmar was fined Rs. 5,000/-for faulty saddling(2nd Incident).

After the race, veterinary examination of KAYA revealed no apparent abnormality.After the last race, Jockey Syed Asgar (KAYA) was reported to the Stewards for careless riding.

The Stewards considered the recommendation of the Stipendiary Stewards and having viewed the video of the race and heard the submission of jockey Syed Asgar.Not being satisfied with his explanation the Stewards held jockey Syed Asgar guilty of careless riding wherein he continued to shift IN before the red markerwithout caring forsafety of othersand bumped MISS MARMALADE (Deepak kumar) who was unbalanced and the apprentice almost had a fall.

In view of the above the Stewards decided to :A)Suspend jockey Syed Asgarlicense for Careless riding for fourrace days i.e 9th November to 29thNovember 2022(both days inclusive) (permitted to ride work). He was informed of his right to appeal.
