At the start, PRINCESS ELENA (Ranjeet Singh) lost about a length.

Jockey Ranjeet Singh (PRINCESS ELENA) was fined Rs. 3,000/- for dropping his hand well before passing the winning post.

After the race, PROFESSOR (Syed Asgar) was found to have a blunt injury on Right hind limb. Trainer S. Nawab has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to his charge being presented for any future trial or race.

After the race, USTAADJI & RIVADAVIA was observed to have broken a blood vessel and not to race for a stipulated period of four weeks (1st time). Trainer Shakti Singh & Trainer Ajay Sharma have been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to their respective charge being presented for any future trial or race

After the last race, Jockey Syed Asgar (PROFESSOR) was reported to the Stewards for Incompetent Riding.

The Stewards considered the recommendation of the Stipendiary Stewards and having viewed the video of the race and heard the submission of jockey Syed Asgar. Not being satisfied with his explanation the Stewards held jockey Syed Asgar guilty of Incompetent riding wherein he took an undue lead from the field and thereafter dropping his hands well before passing the winning post and losing a certain second place .

In view of the above the Stewards decided to :

A) Suspend jockey Syed Asgar license for Incompetent riding for two race days i.e 20th February to 28th February 2023 (both days inclusive) (permitted to ride work). He was informed of his right to appeal.
