Racing Incidents

At the start, ASTRONAUT (Ramandeep S. Bal)planted and took nopractical part in the race.

Trainer S. Nawabwas asked to give sufficient gate practice and to show his charge in a mock race before next accepting to race.

At the start, CAPRIFLA (R.Rakesh) took a flying jump and lost about 4 length.Trainer I S Parmar was asked to give sufficient gate practice before next accepting torace.

Trainer Ajay Sharma and App.Lalkar Singh (SHWETAMBER) were questioned regarding the riding in the concluding stage of the race.

Trainer Ajay Sharma statedthat he had instructed thejockey to sit 5/6 and do his best in the straight and he was satisfied with his riding as he is a mediocre rider and has done his best as per his caliber.

Apprentice Lalkar Singh confirmed the instructions and statedthat being light weighed he was littletired in the final stage of the race however he has ridden to his best ability.

Their statements were noted; Apprentice Lalkar Singh was severely cautioned to ride more vigorously and was informed thathis riding will be closely monitored in future.

After the race, CONNAUGHT was observed to have a cut injury on left hind leg. Trainer S. Nawab has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness of his charge prior to presentfor any future trial or race.
