Racing Incidents

The veterinary officer of the club reported that HUKAMORI was examined on 27THJan 2024 at 10:30 amand was found to be lame by its right fore leg, as such was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Trainer Ajay Sharmahas been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness before presenting his charge for any future trial or race.

App. Jockey Arjun (HALCYON) reported loss of whip nearthe winning post.(1stincident)

An objection was lodged by Jockey Neeraj Rawal (PRIDE’S ANGEL) placed 3rdby the judge against Jockey VivekG(BONITA) placed 2ndby the judge “passing 900 meters he kept coming on to me till 500 meters. I was literally intimidated for two furlongs coming into the straight, so I didn’t have choice to ease and in the straightgive him a clear run.

The Stewards interviewed the jockeysconcerned and having heard the submission made by the Stipendiary Stewards and relying on their own judgement of the race the Stewards decided to overrule the objection.
