Racing Incidents

At the start,Dilip Singh (FOVEAL VISION) reported that he forgot hisgoggles and he will not be able to ride without them. Since the stalling had already started therefore, the horse was withdrawn. He was fined Rs. 5000/-for his negligence and severely warned for future.

At the start, ZILLIE (M B Qureshi) & NASHVEGAS (K Sunny Kumar) both lost about a length each.

On being questioned regarding his riding efforts in the straight, Jockey Angad (VIGGEN) stated that in last part he was not able to ride out since he noticed horse was choking and after the race he realized that horse had bled through the nostril and he dismounted.Since horse bled through the nostril Jockey Angad was given benefit of doubt.

After the race, VIGGEN was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not fit to race for a stipulated period of 4 weeks (1st time). Trainer Mallikarjun has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to his charge being presented for any future trial or race.
