Racing Incidents
2nd Race: 144. The Varada Plate – Div. II (About) 1400 Metres. 10 Runners Horses rated 20 to 50, 4 years old and over. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah to substitute Jockey S Selvaraj to ride ROYAL RETORT in place of Jockey S John, the declared rider. Jockey J Paswan the rider of ESTRELLA reported that he lost his whip, approaching the 300 Metres. Jockey Afsar Khan the rider of GLOBAL AGENDA was fined Rs.1,000/- for travelling wide throughout the race for no apparent reason. SUPER DUDE (Md. Thameem) burst its blood vessels after the race. Trainer Mr. S Narredu was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
