Racing Incidents
Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar (deputizing for Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala) was fined Rs.500/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, DINESA (Vinod Shinde). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used. CANNON RUN (D Singh) jumped out awkwardly from the gates. BRAVO BEDFORD (M J Gautam Raj Urs) accidentally struck the frontrunner, approaching the 700 Metres, whereby the rider got momentarily unbalanced on his mount. HYACINTH (S John) drifted `out` under pressure in the last 300 Metres. DINESA (Vinod Shinde) drifted `out` under pressure in the last 300 Metres. Jockey Vivek the rider of FIRE BRIGADE reported that his mount was hanging `out` in the last 300 Metres. Trainer Mr. M Pratap Kamath was informed to get it checked by his Veterinarian and take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b.g. DINESA.
