CUTE ANGEL (N. Ramesh Kumar) was extremely fractious, refused to remain in the stalls and injured itself on right fore. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter`s orders. Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
