Racing Incidents

Jockey Dashrath Singh, the rider of STARDOM GIRL, reported that he lost his whip, approaching the 300 Metres. 

Jockey S John, the rider of ICE WEAPON, was fined Rs.1,000/- for not maintaining a straight course in the final 150 Metres. 

Jockey Vivek, the rider of SPIRITUALITY, was fined Rs.1,000/- for not maintaining a straight course in the final 100 Metres. 

Jockey Vivek, the rider of SPIRITUALITY, reported that his mount was running green throughout the race. 

It was reported after the race that GOLDEN TIME (Melvyn Maseyk) pulled up lame on right hind. Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 

VIRAT (K.P.G. Appu) sustained 2” long cut over left fore tendon.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f SPIRITUALITY.

An enquiry is being held into the dangerous riding by Jockey Melvyn Maseyk on his mount GOLDEN TIME in the above race.
