Trainer Mr. M Bobby was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, SARVANI (S R Santosh Kumar). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used.

Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, SPECK IN THE SKY  (R Vaibhav). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used.

Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was fined Rs.1,000/- for using Cross Nose Band on his charge HEARTOFGLORY for which prior permission had not been obtained. Subsequently, Cross Nose Band was removed from the horse before it left the Paddock.

SEA JEWEL (Janardhan Paswan) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. M Pratap Kamath was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track.

Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of KUKANOF, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting ‘in’ and causing interference to SANDALWOOD STAR (H G Rathod) on his inside passing the 950 Metres.

Jockey R Vaibhav, the rider of SPECK IN THE SKY, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (first infringement).

Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of KUKANOF, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (first infringement).

Jockey R Vaideeshwaran, the rider of HEARTOFGLORY, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (second infringement).

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b.m. HEARTOFGLORY.
