Racing Incidents

Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan was fined Rs.5,000/- for the discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge, ISLE OF FIRE (Mohammed Shoaib) (first infringement).

Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of RICH CELEBRATION, placed Second by the Judge objected against Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of ALCAZAAR, placed First, for “in the last 150 Metres, the winner came onto me, whereby I had to stop riding, which broke my stride, which cost me a certain Race”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned. After deliberations, they decided to overrule the objection.

Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of ALCAZAAR, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming ‘in’ and causing interference to RICH CELEBRATION (Imran Chisty) on his inside, passing the 300 Metres.

It was reported after the race that GOLDEN TIME (D. Gnaneshwar) pulled up lame on right fore and also sustained clipped injury on right fore fetlock.  Trainer Mr. C.D. Monnappa was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
 
BIGHERO (M. Madhu Babu) sustained gum injury.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g ALCAZAAR.
