THIS RACE ALL BETS REFUNDED

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. M Eshwer to withdraw TREASURE MOUNTAIN  (P Trevor) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be suffering from a painful inflammatory swelling under the neck. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. M Eshwer to substitute Jockey D K Ashish to ride IRON MARSHALL, in place of the declared rider. 
 
Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, 
 
COMMANDING HEIGHTS (M D Paswan). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used. 
 
The Stewards ordered and held an enquiry immediately after the Race with particular reference to the start of the Race. They examined the Starter, Jockey Sarvan Kumar the rider of COLOR ME and also Mr. Rakesh, the Trainer of the said horse. After due deliberations, the Stewards, in exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 31(b) of the BTC Rules of Racing, declared all bets with totalizators pools and also, bets with Bookmakers 'null and void' in respect of the above race.  
 
IRON MARSHALL (D K Ashish) sustained multiple cut injuries on right hind hock and cannon. 
 
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g SCHOLAR.
