As Jockey S Mallikarjun, the declared rider of BEAUTIFUL FIN, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the First Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde to substitute Jockey G Adarsh to ride BEAUTIFUL FIN in place of Jockey S Mallikarjun, the declared rider.

Jockey S Sunil, the rider of SPEARTOOTH was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to LITTLE ANGEL (S R Santosh Kumar) on his outside which in turn passed it onto BEYOND THANKFUL (Md. Kareem) soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates.

Jockey D Gnaneshwar, the rider of SPINNING CHAKRAM, was fined Rs.5,000/- for not making sufficient effort on his mount during the Race.

Jockey Md Kareem, the rider of BEYOND THANKFUL, was fined Rs.2,000/- for inept handling of his mount during the Race. He was further informed in the presence of trainer Mr. Bipin Salvi that a repetition of similar manner of riding will entail him being reported to the Stewards for severe disciplinary action.

Trainer Mr. Bipin Salvi was fined Rs.5,000/- for the unsatisfactory running of his charge BEYOND THANKFUL in the above race.

Jockey S Rajesh, the rider of STONE WARRIOR, was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.

Jockey B L Paswan, the rider of AGLAIA, was fined Rs.2,000/- for his negligence pertaining to weighing 'in', in that, he weighed 'in' 1000 Grams in excess in relation to weighing 'out'.

Jockey D Gnaneshwar, the rider of SPINNING CHAKRAM, was fined Rs.2,000/- for his negligence pertaining to weighing 'in', in that, he weighed 'in' 1000 Grams in excess in relation to weighing 'out'.

The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey D Gnaneshwar, the rider of SPINNING CHAKRAM, to the Stewards for contravention of Rule No. 144(b) of the BTC Rules of Racing, in that, he failed to wear the body protector and weighed 'out'. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last Race on Friday, 23rd Gnaneshwar. After deliberations, they decided to suspend the Jockey's Licence granted to Jockey D Gnaneshwar from 02-09-2013 to 20-09-2013 (both days inclusive) for contravention of Rule No.144(b) of the BTC Rules of Racing for not wearing body protector and weighing 'out' [permitted to ride work].
