Racing Incidents

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S Ganapathy to substitute Jockey B Sreekanth to ride BOURBON ROCK, in place of Jockey F F Da Silva, the declared rider.

Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of VIOLENT STORM, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to DECORATED (P Trevor) on his inside, approaching the 1300 Metres.

Jockey Ryan Marshall, the rider of NERON, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the Winning Post.

It was reported after the Race that VIOLENT STORM (Imran Chisty) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Darius R Byramji [deputizing for Trainer Mr. R R Byramji] was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

NO DOUBT (Vinod Shinde) sustained cut on right hind inner bulb of heel.
